Why Participate

How It Works

A simple, flexible way to bring well-being into the classroom.

PowerUp School Challenge invites teachers and students to explore what helps them feel their best through everyday opportunities built into the school day. With just a few intentional activities, classrooms can create space for movement, connection, rest and more.

  • Weekly email support with ideas and inspiration

  • Engaging student resources

  • Classroom or youth group incentives*

After participating, educators complete a short survey to reflect on their experience and share how they brought well-being into their classroom.

*Limited print materials and incentives are available for qualifying Minnesota and Wisconsin schools.

Over the course of a month, teachers guide students through three well-being activities that feel meaningful for their classroom. Activities can come from PowerUp or your own ideas, whatever works best for your class.
