Try for 5 Smoothie

Ingredients
1 cup frozen blueberries
1 cup frozen peach slices
1 small banana
1 handful spinach
Leaves from one bunch celery (or half of one celery stalk works, too)
1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
1/2 cup skim milk
Serves: 3 - 4
Instructions
Wash your hands with soap and water, then gather all your kitchen gear and ingredients and put them on a clean counter.
Put all ingredients into a blender and blend on high until smooth and pourable, adding more milk to thin if needed.
