Tasty Tomato Topper

Ingredients
2 pints cherry or grape tomatoes (try a multicolored blend of orange, yellow and red)
2 cloves garlic, minced
4-6 fresh leaves basil, chopped or thinly sliced
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
1/2-3/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
Serves: 4
Instructions
Slice tomatoes in half.
In a medium bowl, mix all ingredients together.
Enjoy immediately served on a whole wheat baguette slices (toasted or untoasted). Or, refrigerate for 30 minutes to allow flavors to develop further.
