Simple Slaw with Pineapple

Ingredients
3 cups shredded cabbage
1/2 cup shredded carrots
8-ounce can crushed pineapple, drained
2 tablespoons vinegar
2 teaspoons sugar
1/3 cup reduced-fat mayonnaise
1/3 cup Greek yogurt
Black or white pepper to taste
Serves: 8 (1/2 cup each)
Instructions
Combine all ingredients in a large bowl.
Taste and adjust seasonings as desired.
Cover and chill.
Enjoy as a snack or as part of a meal.
