Silly-Dilly Tzatziki

Ingredients


1 cucumber, washed and seeded

1 cup Greek yogurt

1 clove garlic, chopped into tiny pieces

1 tablespoon olive oil

1/4 teaspoon black pepper

1 tablespoon lemon juice

1 tablespoon dried, or 2 tablespoons fresh dill, finely chopped

Pinch of salt

 

Serves: 8


Instructions


Wash your hands with soap and water, then gather all your kitchen gear and ingredients and put them on a clean counter.


With an adult's help, chop the cucumber into small pieces.


Combine cucumber with the rest of the ingredients in a bowl and mix well.


Cover and refrigerate at least 1 hour (and up to a day).


Serve chilled with veggies or bread.
