Sandwich on a Stick

Ingredients
Whole wheat bread
Cheese
Cubed chicken, turkey, or ham
Peppers
Cucumber slices
Lettuce
Pickles
Cherry tomatoes
8 skewers
Serves: 8
Instructions
Cut up cubes of bread, cheese, meat (1/2 inch thick).
Slide the cubes onto a skewer with other food.
Set out a side of mustard or low-fat mayonnaise for dipping.
