Ingredients

6-8 tomatillos, remove husks/skins

1 small/medium onion

1 hot pepper (serrano, jalapeño), optional

Juice of 1 lime

Salt to taste

Instructions

Place all ingredients in a blender or food processor.

Blend until smooth with a few remaining chunks.
