Lisa's Tomato Salsa

Ingredients
18-20 Roma tomatoes
3-4 Green peppers
6-8 Sweet orange/yellow bell peppers
8-10 Green onions
2 Tablespoons Chopped Garlic
1/2 cup chopped cilantro
1 teaspoon of salt
Black pepper (to taste)
Jalapeños (optional for added flavor and if you like it a bit spicy)
Serves: Makes 3 Quart Jars
Instructions
Wash and chop all veggies.
Lisa’s tips: use the entire green onion there is a lot of great flavor in the greens.
Add garlic, cilantro, jalapeno (optional) salt and pepper. Mix it all together.
The flavor is best if you let it sit overnight in the fridge!
