Ingredients
1⁄2 teaspoon water
1 teaspoon dijon mustard
6 tablespoons fresh lemon juice or red wine vinegar
3⁄4 cups olive oil
1⁄4 teaspoon kosher salt
Serves: 4
Instructions
Wash your hands with soap and water, then gather all your kitchen gear and ingredients and put them on a clean counter.
To make the dressing, put the water, mustard, and lemon juice in the jar, then put the lid on tightly and shake well.
Take off the lid and add the olive oil. Put the lid back on and shake until the dressing is smooth and all one color.
Add salt and pepper to taste. Store in refrigerator up to one month.
