Greek Wrap

Ingredients

1 cup plain yogurt

1 cup (4 ounces) feta cheese, crumbled

1/4 cup red onion, chopped

2 teaspoons lemon juice

4 whole grain tortillas (10 inch)

2 cups cooked chicken, shredded

2 tomatoes, sliced

2 cups salad greens

Serves: 4


Instructions


In a small bowl, mix together the yogurt, feta, onions, and lemon juice for the dressing.

Spread about 1/4 of the dressing each tortilla

Then layer 1/2 cup of chicken, several tomato slices, and 1/2 cup of salad greens over the dressing.

Fold the sides of the tortilla toward the center, bring up the bottom to cover the filling, and roll it up.

Tightly cover each sandwich in plastic wrap and refrigerate for up to 6 hours. Cut in half at serving time.
