Choco Berry Smoothie

Ingredients


3/4 cup frozen blueberries

1 frozen banana

1 handful spinach, fresh or frozen

1 cup skim or 1% milk

2 dates

2 tablespoons almond butter

1 tablespoon cocoa powder

Serves: 2


Instructions

Put all ingredients into a blender and start on low speed, gradually increasing to high speed, blending well.


Add more milk to thin, as desired.


Pour and serve.
