Banana Blast

Ingredients
8 slices of whole-grain bread
8 tablespoons peanut butter (optional: any nut butter)
2 bananas
Cinnamon
Non-stick spray or drizzle of canola oil
Serves: 4 - 8
Instructions
Wash your hands with soap and water, then gather all your kitchen gear and ingredients and put them on a clean counter.
Slice bananas lengthwise.
Spread peanut butter/nut butter on each slice of bread.
Put bananas on top of peanut butter and sprinkle with cinnamon.
Top with second slice of bread.
Spray pan with non-stick spray or a drizzle of oil.
Put sandwiches in heated fry pan.
Flip as need to crisp both sides.
Slice sandwich in half. Eat and enjoy!
