Asian Slaw Dressing

Ingredients
¼ cup olive or canola oil
¼ cup soy sauce (or coconut aminos - a soy-free, gluten-free alternative)
2 teaspoons sesame oil
¼ teaspoon fish sauce
1 tablespoon brown sugar
¼ cup lime juice, squeezed
2 tablespoons ginger, minced
½ teaspoon garlic, minced
2 tablespoons cilantro, fresh, finely chopped
¼ teaspoon Chinese five-spice powder (optional)
Instructions
Wash your hands with soap and water, then gather all your kitchen gear and ingredients and put them on a clean counter.
Wash your hands.
Squeeze the juice from lime.
Mince the ginger and garlic.
Measure all the ingredients into a bowl and whisk, whisk, whisk!
Pour it over your Try for 5 Slaw and give it a toss, or use this dressing on one of your other favorite salads.
